    Partner Code of Conduct

    Effective date: January 2026

    Labio a.s. expects every supplier, distributor, OEM integrator and channel partner working with us to share our standards of ethical, safe and responsible business conduct. This Partner Code of Conduct ("Partner Code") sets the minimum expectations that apply to all such partners and to their own subcontractors.

    1. Compliance with law

    Partners shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate, including those relating to labour, health and safety, environment, data protection, anti-corruption and trade controls.

    2. Labour & human rights

    • No forced, bonded, indentured or trafficked labour.
    • No child labour; partners shall comply with the minimum employment age set by local law and ILO conventions.
    • Working hours, wages and benefits shall meet or exceed local legal requirements.
    • Workplaces free of harassment, abuse and unlawful discrimination.
    • Respect for the right to freedom of association where permitted by law.

    3. Health, safety & environment

    Partners shall provide a safe working environment, manage hazardous substances responsibly, and minimise environmental impact through energy efficiency, waste reduction and responsible sourcing.

    4. Ethics & anti-corruption

    Partners shall not engage in bribery, kickbacks or any form of corruption, and shall maintain accurate books and records of transactions involving Labio.

    5. Confidentiality, IP & data protection

    Partners shall protect Labio's confidential information and intellectual property, and shall handle personal data in compliance with the EU GDPR and other applicable laws.

    6. Trade compliance

    Partners shall comply with applicable export-control regulations and international sanctions, and shall not divert Labio products to prohibited end-users or end-uses.

    7. Subcontracting

    Partners shall flow down equivalent obligations to their own suppliers and subcontractors involved in the production or delivery of goods and services to Labio.

    8. Audit & remediation

    Labio may, on reasonable notice, request information or conduct audits to verify compliance with this Partner Code. Breaches must be remediated promptly; serious or repeated breaches may result in termination of the commercial relationship.

    Reporting concerns

    Suspected breaches of this Partner Code may be reported in confidence to info@labioscientific.com. Labio does not tolerate retaliation against good-faith reports.
